A BIT ABOUT ANDY FOULDS (FOR THE SPIDERS AND ROBOTS AMONGST YOU...)
With a background in Graphic Design and photography, I've been crafting websites since 1998.
I've worked with clients both big and small (check the list!) and for some of the worlds leading agencies, both as an employee and a freelancer.
Although born and bred in south London, for family reasons and a change of scene I emigrated to New Zealand in 2003. I now live and work in West Auckland, surrounded by one of the worlds few temperate rain-forests, and share my life with Jane and our two young daughters, Mia and Edie.
WHAT I CAN DO FOR YOU
I have considerable experience across many media so tell me what you want and and what you need?
Flash sites - from a single page to complex XML driven behemoths : hybrid-sites : banners : apps or executables : jQuery/HTML/CSS pages and apps.
Design and build from initial concept through to deployment or build to existing designs, adding as much interactivity and motion design as required.
Over the years I've also had considerable success with viral pieces of my own devising and I can do the same for you.
WITH WHAT
I'm proficient in both timeline animation and ActionScript, motion and interactivity design, jQuery and JS/HTML/CSS whilst my design and photography background - and a high degree of skill with Photoshop - ensures attention to detail and a keen eye for colour, composition and typography.
Add to this experience with integrating Flash and XML, RSS and PHP, CSS/HTML, AJAX. and SEO. All the buzz words really...
I have several years experience as a professional photographer under my belt and can provide original photography if required.
I also consider myself a dab-hand with pen & ink, pencil & paper and glue & glitter when the need arises.
AND HOW
I'm well used to remote working - you can't get much remoter after all! - and I maintain close client contact via Skype , email and telephone.
The time differences don't present a problem; they can even be a advantage sometimes as, depending on where you are, I work all night and can literally 'have it done yesterday'.
